Software Packages Available

Below, you'll find our available software packages, made to support a variety of laboratory procedures, as well as epidemiological applications.

COVID-19 ICU Prediction

Use this calculator to predict COVID-19 Severity based on presenting data at admissions.

Interactive Metabolic Risk Modeling

Use this calculator to analyze metabolic health's impact on lung function.

Measure Mean Linear Intercept

Use this ImageJ plugin to measure mean linear intercept of lungs on histology.[1]

Cell Tracker

Use this application to calculate cell totals from density estimations and track colony growth over time.

About

At the Nolan Lab, we study the health effects of exposure to particulate matter. Recently, we've branched out into using our models to predict COVID-19 severity. With expertise in clinical care, statistics, epidemiology, machine learning, and biomarker discovery, we make software applications to support our research and present our findings. We make them available free for academic research use here.
